Hearts of Gold (HG) cooperates with some schools in Japan in overall studying,
international understanding education, and volunteer work. HG intends that
these activities will encourage Japanese children/students to concern for
the world situations (poverty, environment, peace, etc), to broaden international/cross-cultural
understandings, and to raise self-awareness.
The way of learning
- Listening to those who are engaged in the work in Cambodia
- Communicating with people in Cambodia on IT device and videos, etc.
- Communicating with children in Cambodia by exchange of letters, to do cooperation
activities from their viewpoint.
- Understanding current situation of Japan by learning the way of life and
thinking in the developing country through communication.
