In the serious situation that AIDS victims are increasing year by year in Cambodia, Hearts of Gold (HG) carries out the following two activities.
- Peer education program by the same age group aiming at HIV/AIDS prevention
by HG CYA/HG JYA They work for the program together at Cambodian schools
interchanging with the local students in Cambodia.
- Educational activity by setting up a booth at the Angkor Wat International
Half Marathon (AWHM) site
As for item 1, HG C-JYA evolved from the YLTS Festival widened its activity range to attain more goals such as the preventive education of HIV/AIDS and drug abuse by providing information and knowledge of these serious problems.
This activity is planned and managed mainly by HG C-JYA with support from
Hearts of Gold directly or indirectly.
 As for item 2, recently AWHM added a new slogan "Protect youths from
HIV/AIDS". Awareness activity for preventing HIV/AIDS has conducted
continuously by setting up a booth at the marathon event site in cooperation
with one of network NGOs, CHEMS.
